Small update

I'm revisiting the bound after some time, and some recent play test experience made me think to adjust some of the moves, including:

- Lowering the stat total at character creation from +1 to +0, and getting rid of the restrictions to having both a low Glamour and Logic that most characters have. I think the playbook works better when you're really allowed to specialize, it makes the low stats matter more when your Partner isn't around.

- Adjusting the Level Up options to be more in line with the base playbooks.

- Changed Heads and Tails so it doesn't immediately give your Partner the other benefit upon taking this move.

- Edited the wording on They're With Me.
